MEET THE STAFF
The Evolve Staff has such an incredible passion for the art of dance and teaching children to be the best they can be while teaching life skills. We all come from different dance backgrounds with the common goal to provide the best education for your children. The staff has Bachelors' and Masters' degrees, they have danced on University dance teams, danced professionally, and have traveled the country to train under the best of the best. We are so humbled and excited to teach your children!

Erica Wagner-Bojicic
Owner and Director
Erica loves beach vacations and time on the boat. She will take it all with a side of barbecue sauce. As a well-trained mentor and teacher, she knows exactly how to help your teen through any world-ending-drama. Her passion for dance comes through at every turn. Whether she is wiping all signs of life off of the mirrors or encouraging from a competition auditorium, you know her heart is in it. Ben and Lola are big fans and you will be too!

Madie knows your child’s legs will never look as long as hers, but she’s going to try to get them there the best she can! You can find her with a Starbucks in hand and steady 8 counts in her head. Madie will always have the best playlist and know where the Band-aids are at. You can take a girl out of tan tights, but you can’t take the love for dance out of this girl!

Chloé loves a good bagel almost as much as she loves her dog, Toast. When she isn’t rearranging her gnome collection, she’s baking dozens of cookies. She finds that they are the best incentives on ballet nights! Like her shoes need velcro, her heart needs dance!

You probably just saw Emma at a south end Kroger. She’s just about the most popular girl in town despite hitting the hay by 10 p.m. Her master’s degree in mental health is how she has come to be so great with toddlers in tap shoes! Dance will always be a big part of her life just like ice cream.

Lauren is the best Pinterest mom you’ll ever meet in real life. Her daughters will more than likely have the biggest bows in class and they better know their formations! She fiercely teaches leg holds. Lauren will rock a headset backstage and the cutest concepts come choreo season!

Arianna and Brianna Smith
The Smith sisters are an inseparable tap duo. Arianna and Brianna Smith are tap dancers, teachers, and choreographers that enjoy traveling the world together. You can see this tap duet performing on stages in places such as Germany, New York City, and Detroit. The sister duo has competed internationally and continues to further their dance education by attending tap festivals such as Tap City, Motor City Tap Fest, and Rhythm World. Whether it's choreographing in the studio until midnight or early trips to Dunkin’ Doughnuts, these two have a true passion for tap dance. Evidence of the sisters’ love for tap is seen in the torn marley at Evolve, just ask Erica how many holes they’ve put in her floor. The duo continues to teach tap through their growing experiences and fun humor.
